- Start by mixing the coconut milk, coconut and sugar. Reserve
- Sift the gems.
- Add the sifted yolks to the coconut mixture.
- You can use a conventional cake pan or cupcake pans. Grease the mold with butter and sugar and pour all the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 min.
