  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • grated coconut1/2 cup
  1. In a blender, blend the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the cream into a shape with a hole in the middle greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Remove the foil and let it bake for another 20 minutes.
  5. Then let it cool and unmold.
