  • Grated Coconut150 g
  • Margarine for greasing3 dessert spoon
  • Sugar to sugar the mold1 cup
  • Vanilla to taste
  1. Pass the yolks through the sieve without dragging a fork or spoon, just pierce the yolk
  2. Mix egg yolks, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla. Reserve, grease molds and sugar.
  3. Add the mixture to the molds and bake in a bain-marie for 30 minutes in a 180° oven. Unmold cold.
