- coconut milk2 tablespoon
- Grated Coconut150 g
- Margarine for greasing3 dessert spoon
- Sugar to sugar the mold1 cup
- Vanilla to taste
- Pass the yolks through the sieve without dragging a fork or spoon, just pierce the yolk
- Mix egg yolks, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla. Reserve, grease molds and sugar.
- Add the mixture to the molds and bake in a bain-marie for 30 minutes in a 180° oven. Unmold cold.
