Primeiro a calda
Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e mexa até derreter e ficar o caramelo adicione a água cm cuidado e mexa mais um pouco.
Coloque a calda na forma e reserve

Despeje a mistura na forma cubra cm papel alumínio e em uma panela grande coloque 2 dedos de água e um pouco de vinagre, coloque a forma do pudim dentro tampe e espere +-20 minutos.
Espete cm uma palito se sair limpo o pudim estar pronto

-Pudding
