Eggs4 unit(s)
Wheat flour6 tablespoon
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Butter2 tablespoon
Milk600 ml
Sugar1 cup
Sugar to caramelize it5 tablespoon
grated coconut100 g

Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, butter, flour and starch in a blender.
Add the grated coconut and stir gently. Reserve some coconut to decorate the pudding.
Caramelize with the 5 spoons of sugar a round shape with a hole in the middle and add the mixture from the blender.
Cook in a bain-marie for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and there is no liquid at the bottom of the pan.
Unmold cold and decorate with coconut.
