  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Grated Cheese50 g
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender
  2. Beat for 1 min or until everything is incorporated.
  3. Place in a greased and floured shape of your choice and bake for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven. Oven preheated to 180°.
