Pumpkin Coconut Muffins

Em um liquidificador, bata os ovos e o xilitol até formar uma espuma branca. Junte os outros ingredientes, exceto o fermento, e bata até virar uma mistura homogênea. Misture o fermento e a canela em pó. Assei em forminhas de papel de cupcake, mas você pode também usar uma forma de 20 cm. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por cerca de 30 minutos.

In a blender, beat the eggs and xylitol until a white foam forms. Add the other ingredients, except the yeast, and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Mix the yeast and cinnamon powder. I baked it in cupcake paper molds, but you can also use a 20 cm mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
