Grated coconut (if the pumpkin is too big, add 2 grated coconuts). | 1 unit(s)
Cloves | to taste
Cinnamon stick (optional) | to taste
Recipe
Peel the ripe pumpkin and cut it into pieces; weigh, take the same weight of sugar and take the pieces to cook in a pan with just a little water, because it will pour enough water to cook it.
Once cooked, pass it through a sieve, put it back in the pan, add the sugar, the grated coconut, cloves and the cinnamon stick and leave it on low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to detach from the pan, showing the bottom.
Turn off the heat, let it cool and remove from the pan, place in a bowl.
