- Pumpkin1 kg
- Sugar4 cup
- Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
- Cloves3 unit(s)
- grated coconut200 g
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
- In a pan put the pumpkin, sugar, cloves and cinnamon. On low heat, stirring constantly.
- Smash the pumpkin with a spoon until it all comes together. When it's well cooked, remove the cloves and cinnamon and add the coconut, stir for a few more minutes and it's ready.
- Transfer to a container and place in the fridge.
