- Water to taste
- Put the chopped pumpkin, sugar, cloves and a little water in the pan and let it cook, stirring occasionally.
- When the pumpkin reaches a texture close to that of a puree, add the grated coconut and mix, let it steep for longer, remembering that the candy cannot be dry.
