- Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
- Place the pumpkin and sugar in a pan, cover and cook over medium heat.
- When it is soft, press the pumpkin with the spoon to completely break it up.
- Add the cinnamon, cloves and grated coconut, stir well and let it cook a little longer.
- After all the water dries, stir well until it gets well refined, I like it just like in the photo, if you prefer more brunette, let it refine more.
- And ready.
