  • sugar4 tablespoon
  • lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Black raisin1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder1 unit(s)
  1. Wash and peel the apples. Remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice over the slices so they don't brown.
  3. Place the slices in a pan, add the sugar and place over medium-low heat.
  4. If necessary add a little water (1 to 3 tablespoons) and cover the pan.
  5. Leave to cook on low heat until they are falling apart.
  6. Turn off the heat and mash the apples with a fork until they become a puree. Add the cinnamon powder and mix well. Add the raisins and mix gently.
  7. Taste the sugar and, if necessary, add more. Let it cool before using it on puff pastry or whatever you want.
