- Warm Milk1/2 cup
- Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- Make a caramelized syrup with the 10 tablespoons of sugar over medium heat. Once ready, put it in the form of pudding.
- Beat the condensed milk and the cream in the blender until you reach a homogeneous mixture.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the warm milk and then add the mixture to the blender. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Add this mixture to the mold over the caramelized syrup.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
