Pudding without condensed milk

PARA A CALDA: Adicionar  1 xícara de açúcar, 1/2 xícara de agua e mexer até obter uma calda em fio, no tom caramelo. Espalhe pela forma e reserve.

Despejar o líquido na forma já caramelizada e levar para assar em banho Maria por 50 minutos, ou até espetar um palito e sair sequinho.
