- Egg4 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Put a cup of sugar and take it to the fire until it melts then put 2 fingers of water and stir carefully until it thickens, then transfer to a shape and book.
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 4 minutes and transfer to a mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie until the pudding is cooked.
- Then wait for it to cool and freeze for 2 hours and then unmold and that's it.
