- Recipe
- Sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Whole milk2/5 cup
- Preheat the oven to 250°
- First make the syrup, adding the sugar in a pan and put it on high heat. When it starts to melt, stir with a spoon until completely melted. Gradually add 1/2 cup of water, and keep stirring until there are no sugar lumps left. Let the syrup thicken a little and turn off the heat. Place the syrup in a roasting pan with a hole in the middle and let it rest in the fridge.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk. Then add this mixture gently over the syrup in the roasting pan. Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 250°. Note: place the oven rack in the lowest part. Once ready, wait for it to cool down to unmold.
