milk1 can(s)
sour cream1 can(s)
condensed milk1 can(s)
unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
hydrated gelatin1 unit(s)
sugar1 cup
boiling water1 cup

add gelatin and water in a mixing glass and microwave for 15 minutes
add hydrated gelatin with milk mixture pour into blender
add condensed milk and sour cream beat everything for 2 minutes
syrup pour sugar in a pan on low heat
let it melt then add boiling water
let it cool put it in a syrup form then put ingredients from the blender on top and put it in the fridge
