Para a calda:
Numa panela em fogo baixo, coloque todo o açúcar e mexa até derreter totalmente.
Adicione a água com cuidado para não se queimar e mexa sem parar.
Nessa hora o açúcar derretido forma um torrão, ma é só mexer que derrete.
Depois de ter derretido tudo, basta transferir para uma tigela.
Espere esfriar e caramelize a forma do pudim (também faço em forminhas para cupcake)

At this time, the melted sugar forms a lump, but just stir and it melts.
Once you have melted everything, just transfer to a bowl.
Let it cool and caramelize the pudding mold (I also make it in cupcake molds)

Modo de Preparo do Pudim:
Numa tigelinha ou copo, coloque a gelatina incolor e adicione a água morna.
Misture bem até diluir a gelatina incolor.
Transfira para o liquidificador e adicione o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o leite.
Bata tudo por 3 minutinhos.
