- Unflavored gelatin 1 envelope1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Blender beat condensed milk, cream and milk and set aside. Dissolve the colorless gelatin. Follow the instructions on the envelope. Beat the dissolved gelatin together with the other ingredients. For the syrup, put 1 cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt until it turns into a caramel. Add half a cup of water and let the syrup settle. In a hole shape in the middle, it can be plastic or aluminum, put the syrup and put the beaten pudding mixture and take it to the fridge for 2 hours until it's firm to be able to unmold.
