1 box of condensed milk

Same measure of whole Uht milk

3 eggs

1 cup of refined sugar

Pudding

Pré aqueça o forno em temperatura média 180°c.

Preheat the oven to an average temperature of 180°C.

Bata por 5 minutos no liquidificador o leite condensado , o leite e os ovos.


Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender for 5 minutes.


Coloque o açúcar em uma forma com um furo no meio (capacidade para 2¹/2 litros)
Leve o forno até o açúcar derreter é formar um caramelo, retire do forno espalhe o caramelo por toda forma e despeje a mistura batida , cubra com papel alumínio.

Place the sugar in a mold with a hole in the middle (capacity for 2¹/2 liters)
Take the oven until the sugar melts and forms a caramel, remove from the oven spread the caramel all over and pour the beaten mixture, cover with aluminum foil.

leve ao forno em banho- maria  por uma hora e 40 minutos ou até o pudim ficar firme.
Depois de 1 hora elimine o papel -alumínio , e retire do forno  espere  anormar e leve o pudim a geladeira por 3 horas antes de servir.

bake in a bain-marie for an hour and 40 minutes or until the pudding is firm.
After 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil, and remove from the oven, wait for it to set and take the pudding to the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
