- Beat the eggs in the blender, then add the condensed milk and milk, beat again. Then melt the sugar for the syrup in a pan, leave it until it starts to darken, then add the water and let it thicken.
- Add the dough on top of the syrup, place on medium heat for 45 minutes, with the shape in a larger one with water. After roasting, just unmold.
