- Sugar1 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- condensed milk400 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk400 ml
- Put sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until it melts completely. Then add the warm water, stirring constantly so that the sugar does not clump. Let the syrup reduce, cooking for about 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In the blender add the eggs, condensed milk and milk. Blend in until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Assembly: place the jars on a support surface. Add the syrup (about 2 to 3 tablespoons) and pudding liquid.
- Place the pots on a baking sheet and bake in a bain-marie for about 50 minutes.
- Then just freeze and enjoy
