  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Frozen sour cream1 can(s)
  • Unflavored Gelatin Pack1 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup1 cup
  • Water for syrup100 ml
  1. pudding preparation method In the blender add the condensed milk, cream and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Dilute the gelatin as instructed on the package. With the blender on. Add the gelatin and beat for 1 minute. Reserve.
  2. Syrup preparation method In a pan over low heat, add the sugar. Melt the sugar and let it boil. Gradually add the water, stirring constantly. After the water with sugar dissolves, turn off the heat. Your syrup will be ready.
  3. assembling the pudding With the syrup still hot, add it in a shape and spread over the entire surface. Let cool. Once cooled, add the blender mixture. No need to put it in the oven. Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours and it's ready.
