In the pudding mold, mix the sugar and water, bring to a medium heat without stirring, leave until you get a caramel-colored syrup.
Beat all the ingredients in the blender for about 3 minutes, and pour into the caramel shape. Cover with aluminum foil.
In the pressure cooker, put about 2 glasses of water, and accommodate the shape.
Take it to the fire and when you get pressure leave it for 10 minutes, let the pressure come out naturally. Remove the form let it cool and take it to the fridge for 2 hours!
