Milk for the syrup
In the blender I put the condensed milk, the cornstarch, the milk and the egg yolks.
Beat everything for about 5 minutes.
Then put it in a pan on the fire, stirring constantly. As soon as it thickened, I turned it off and let it cool.
Now beat the egg whites and then mix with the cream. Beat in the mixer for about 5 minutes.
Now in another small pan put the 100 ml of milk and the chocolate powder, let it boil well and place it on top of the hole in the middle.
Then put the cream on top and take it to the freezer for about 2 hours and then just serve.
