Condensed milk1 can(s)
Maizena2 tablespoon
Milk500 ml
Eggs4 unit(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Powdered chocolate syrup3 tablespoon
Milk100 ml

Beat the condensed milk, the cornstarch, the milk and the yolks in the blender.
After well done, put it in a pan and take it to the fire in medium fire until it gets a consistency of a cream, let it cool (Note: always stirring so it doesn't stick or burn)
Beat 4 egg whites and mix in the cream and then mix with the white cream. Mix well for 5 min.
To make the chocolate syrup, you will mix the milk with the powdered chocolate and bring to the fire, stirring constantly until it reaches a consistency of syrup.
