- Sour cream3 can(s)
- Milk powder1 cup
- Whole milk250 ml
- Milk or dark chocolate200 g
- Melt 200 g of chocolate with 1 can of cream, stirring constantly.
- Put it in the mold and let it cool while you prepare the pudding.
- Put all the ingredients below in the blender and beat just to blend.
- Remove the form from the fridge, check that the chocolate part is very firm and pour the cream into the form.
- Place in the freezer until hardened, preferably overnight.
