Primeiro coloque todos os ingredientes dentro do liquidificador deixa bate bem

First, put all the ingredients in the blender and let it hit well.

Depois pega um copo de açúcar despeje na forma coloque no fogo pra fazer a calda 

Then take a glass of sugar pour it in the form put it on the fire to make the syrup

Depois de tá pronto coloque dentro da forma e leve ao forno por 45 minuto  tira do fogo deixa esfria só se deliciar
