In a large form for pudding, add the 10 spoons of sugar, bring to the fire and let it melt until caramelized, dripping water if you prefer, after ready let it cool.
In the blender add the 9 eggs, the 3 cans of condensed milk, and use the same can of condensed milk as a measure and add 3 cans of milk.
Let it beat a lot, for 5 to 8 minutes
Then pour the liquid from the blender in the form that the syrup is and put it in the oven, if you prefer, cover the form with foil.
Leave in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, then wait to cool, unmold, and serve.
