- Corn starch1 dessert spoon
- In a form melt the sugar until it turns to caramel, book!
- Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk in a blender (use the can of condensed milk to measure). Beat for 5 minutes, add the cornstarch and beat for another 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the caramelized form and bake at 180° for 45min, do the toothpick test! After removing from the oven, let it cool, put it in the fridge and serve it cold!
