  1. SYRUP 100g of sugar 50ml of water
  2. METHOD OF PREPARING THE FLOUR
  3. 1.In a pan, mix sugar and water.
  4. 2.Bring on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils and obtains a caramel.
  5. 3.Pour the caramel in the mold of your choice and spread it on the side of the mold.
  6. PREPARATION MODE
  7. 1.First, to make this pudding, in a bowl, beat the eggs well with a fouet or fork.
  8. 2. Then add the milk, little by little, while beating.
  9. 3.Then add the sugar and beat some more.
  10. 4. Soon after, add the vanilla essence and beat again.
  11. 5.Finally, do not use a blender or mixer. This pudding has to be made by hand. Then, pass the mixture through a sieve before moving to the caramelized form.
  12. 6. Then, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the pudding is golden on top and, when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
  13. 7. You don't need to cover it with aluminum foil, or bake the milk pudding in a bain-marie.
  14. 8. Finally, remove from the oven, wait for it to cool completely and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Remove from the fridge, unmold and serve chilled.
