  1. Caramelized syrup :. Syrup: 1 cup of sugar (180 g) 1/2 cup (tea) warm water . . Preparation mode : In a pan, place all the sugar and bring it to a low heat. Stir until the sugar melts, using a wooden spoon. When it melts, add the water and stir constantly. NOTE: Be careful as the water may splash a little. The moment you add the water, the syrup will sugar and become lumpy. Stir well until it melts and becomes very liquid. Turn off the heat and transfer to a pudding mold. Caramelize the form and wait to cool.
  2. Place the eggs, condensed milk, milk, powdered milk, vanilla essence and cream in a blender. Whisk everything together for about 3 minutes or until smooth. Pour this mixture into the caramel form. Then cover the mold with aluminum foil. Then bake in a bain-marie (with hot water), in the oven preheated to 180ºC, for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve immediately.
