- Massa puba (dehydrated cassava dough)3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Margarine125 g
- Grated Coconut1 cup
- coconut milk100 ml
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar, margarine, puba dough, grated coconut and coconut milk and mix well to involve all the ingredients.
- After mixing all the ingredients well, add a spoon of baking powder for cake.
- Put in a caramelized shape, all cake dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unmold while still hot. Let cool and just serve.
- Serves 6 people Preparation time: 15 minutes Bake time 50 minutes or do the toothpick test
