- Oat flakes5 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter3 tablespoon
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Vegetable protein1 tablespoon
- Chocolate chunks to taste
- Mix the peanut butter and honey/agave (shallow spoons in both) with the vegetable/whey protein (full spoon). If you're not going to use protein, it's just 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 of peanut butter;
- When it is well pasty, add the oatmeal and the chocolate in pieces;
- Make balls and enjoy your snack! It gets even better after putting it in the fridge 😋
