Ingredients

  • Eggs | 8 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup

Recipe

  1. Put the whole eggs in the mixer and beat until very voluminous, (about 5 minutes)
  2. Still beating, gradually add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
  3. Then turn off the mixer and add the sifted flour little by little and mix gently. Move from bottom to top slightly so as not to undo the air bubbles in the dough.
  4. Grease the bottom of a pan with butter and line with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180' for approximately 25 minutes, or until cooked.
  5. Do the toothpick test to make sure it's done well. Put a toothpick in the center and if it comes out dry, it's good!
