  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Dry shredded coconut100 g
  • Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
  • Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
  • Truffle molds to taste
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Make 2 or 3 layers in the truffle molds with the melted chocolate.
  3. Take the fridge.
  4. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
  5. Mix the ingredients over medium heat, stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to cool.
  7. Then put the filling in the molds and close with more melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for another 20 minutes and then unmold.
