- Fractionated chocolate bar500 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Let's start with the stuffing. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
- Mix the ingredients well and take it to the medium fire, stirring until it detaches from the bottom of the pan and set aside to cool.
- Let's make the truffle shell. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Put some of the chocolate in truffle molds, make a layer and put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Then make another layer of chocolate and take it to the fridge for another 5 minutes to harden the cone.
- Then put the stuffing and close the truffle with melted chocolate and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Unmold and it's ready.
