  • Fractionated chocolate bar500 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  1. Let's start with the stuffing. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
  2. Mix the ingredients well and take it to the medium fire, stirring until it detaches from the bottom of the pan and set aside to cool.
  3. Let's make the truffle shell. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  4. Put some of the chocolate in truffle molds, make a layer and put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  5. Then make another layer of chocolate and take it to the fridge for another 5 minutes to harden the cone.
  6. Then put the stuffing and close the truffle with melted chocolate and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Unmold and it's ready.
