- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Crystal sugar1 cup
- grated coconut1 cup
- Rice flour3 dessert spoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 ml
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Place a pan over medium heat and add the coconut milk, granulated sugar and grated coconut. Stir vigorously until it starts to boil.
- In a separate container, dilute the rice flour with the whole milk and add to the pan. Stir well until it thickens and detaches from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- For the chocolate coating: heat a non-stick pan and add the semisweet chocolate, butter, cream and cocoa powder. Stir constantly until it forms a smooth and shiny syrup.
- Mount the prestige in a refractory of your choice. Add the white cream and chocolate syrup on top. Finish with grated coconut to taste.
- Ready.
