Filling: condensed milk
In a large container, place chocolate, powdered milk and condensed milk and mix with a spatula, knead well with your hands until the dough is hard.

On your table, open 2 large layers of cling film, place the dough flatten it with your hands and cover it with 2 more layers of cling film, and open a rectangle with a rolling pin.
Don't make the dough too thin, put the stuffing in the dough leaving the sides free, with the help of plastic wrap roll it tight like a rocambole
