Make the white brigadeiro with half a can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, half a can of cream and a little grated coconut. Pour into a small refractory forming a thick layer.
Soak the cookies in coconut milk diluted in a little water and arrange on top of the white brigadeiro.
Make the semisweet chocolate brigadeiro equal to the white one and cover the cookies
Cover with grated coconut to decorate and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.Serve well chilled
