  • Coconut milk50 ml
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate (optional for garnish)1 to taste
  • Shredded Coconut (Optional for garnish)1 to taste
  1. Chocolate cream In the blender, mix the condensed milk, the cream, the milk, the chocolate powder and the cornstarch until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Then pour the contents of the blender into a pan.
  3. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolates.
  5. Mix well until it has completely melted.
  6. Reserve.

  8. Pour the cream into a pan, add the coconut milk and grated coconut.
  9. Cook over low heat until the cream thickens, stirring constantly.

  12. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  13. Unmold and serve.
