- Chocolate cream In the blender, mix the condensed milk, the cream, the milk, the chocolate powder and the cornstarch until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Then pour the contents of the blender into a pan.
- Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolates.
