- Milk1 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- semisweet chocolate100 g
- Put the condensed milk, a box of cream and the grated coconut in a pan, leave it on low heat and stir constantly, when it boils, leave it on the fire for another three minutes, turn it off and set it aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, put it on for 30 seconds, take it out, look at the wick and put it on for another 30 seconds and repeat until it's melted.
- Mix the melted chocolate with half a box of cream and it will form a ganache.
- Place the champagne biscuit in the milk and leave it for a minute.
- In a refractory put a layer of the champagne biscuit, one of the condensed milk and coconut and cover with the ganache.
- Take it to the fridge and after 6 hours you can serve.
