- With whisk, beat the eggs well, then add the sugar and the oil, beat more, then the hot water (To make it moist).
- Mix well then add the flour and chocolate. If the dough is heavy, add a little more water. Finish by adding the yeast and mixing gently.
- Grease the mold and put it in the oven. While it's baking, you can start preparing the filling.
- To the roof: Bring the coconut milk, cream, butter and coconut to medium heat. Always stirring until it thickens and unglues well from the bottom.
- Ready! Let it cool to thicken the filling more and with the cold cake, cut into two discs and fill. Note: I assemble it inside the mold even using cling film, I assemble it in layers... (Dough and stuffing) Then rest for 20 minutes in the fridge, unmold. And I apply a layer for coverage. Finish with grated coconut and kiss.
