- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Grated coconut (inside filling)50 g
- Milk1 cup
- Condensed milk395 g
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- Milk (outside filling)2 cup
- Milk chocolate bar180 g
- For the dough: beat for 2 minutes all the ingredients in the blender, egg, milk, margarine, sugar, chocolate, then add the wheat flour and beat again until all are mixed, then add the yeast and beat lightly. Place in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 min.
- Filling inside: put all the ingredients in a pan and take it to the low fire, stirring well until it unglued from the bottom of the pan. (Let cool)
- For the outside filling: place all the ingredients in a pan and heat in a bain-marie until the chocolate melts.
- After 30 minutes remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes, cut the cake in half and assemble it as shown in the photo. Tip to make the cake wet: you can wet the cake dough after cutting it in half, with milk and chocolate or with just milk. Enjoy your food!!!
