Set aside to cool a little. - To the roof 🧁 In a pan, put a box of condensed milk, Nescau and stir until you release from the pan (brigadeiro point), then add half a box of milk cream to give the spoon brigadeiro point (more soft). - With a greased shape add the dough, then put the coconut filling (the filling needs to be cold and consistent). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 degrees (or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean). When you unmold (with the cake completely cold) add the syrup and decorate with grated coconut.
