  • Dark chocolate90 g
  1. Prepare the kiss with 1 condensed milk and 1 cream and grated coconut, mixing everything over medium heat until it comes off the pan, set aside.
  2. 1. Beat the eggs, oil and milk in a blender for 3 minutes, or until the mixture turns white. Reserve the mixture. 2. In a container, place the sugar, wheat, yeast, chocolate, and mix. 3. Add to the blender mixture, little by little, stir until the mass is consistent. 4. Grease a mold and pour the dough. 5. Pour the coconut filling over the dough very carefully 6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. After baking, make a ganache using the semisweet chocolate and half a box of cream, pour it over the cake while it is still warm, you can serve and enjoy.
