View in original language
Start by caramelizing the pudding mold until the sugar is frothy. Place inside the pressure cooker and set aside.
Beat the milk, condensed milk, eggs and a pinch of cornstarch in a blender. Beat for about 02 minutes on high power until smooth.
Pour the liquid into the form and cover with aluminum foil. Add the water on the side carefully 03 fingers high.
Cover the pan and take it to the fire until you get pressure, lower the fire and count 10 minutes. After the time, turn off the fire and let the air out by itself.
Carefully remove the pan from the pan and place the pudding in the fridge. For 2 hours or until chilled.
Unmold and serve chilled
