Cook rice with just water.
Once cooked, transfer to a large pot, add 700 ml of milk and let it boil until the milk is incorporated into the rice, then let it boil for another 3 minutes.
Add the condensed milk and let it boil for 3 minutes, add the cloves, cinnamon, and finally the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.
Turn off the fire and you can serve in small containers and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
