  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate4 tablespoon
  1. Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the chocolate, take it to the fire until it comes off the pan (reserve)
  2. In the blender, beat all the ingredients for 2 minutes, except the wheat flour, you add it little by little. When everything is well mixed, add the yeast and beat quickly.
  3. In a greased gym, put the dough and finally put the brigadeiro, take generous spoonfuls. Reserve a little to cover
  4. Bake at 180° for 40min After roasting and warm, unmold and throw the brigadeiro on top and decorate as you wish. NOTE: IF THE BRIGADEIRO HAS BEEN VERY DURP, JUST GO ADDING MILK IN A FEW FEW UNTIL IT GETS THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY. Let it cool and enjoy 😋
