- Milk100 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the chocolate, take it to the fire until it comes off the pan (reserve)
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients for 2 minutes, except the wheat flour, you add it little by little. When everything is well mixed, add the yeast and beat quickly.
- In a greased gym, put the dough and finally put the brigadeiro, take generous spoonfuls. Reserve a little to cover
- Bake at 180° for 40min After roasting and warm, unmold and throw the brigadeiro on top and decorate as you wish. NOTE: IF THE BRIGADEIRO HAS BEEN VERY DURP, JUST GO ADDING MILK IN A FEW FEW UNTIL IT GETS THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY. Let it cool and enjoy 😋
