- Maizena Biscuit400 g
- Butter200 g
- Dulce de Leche400 g
- Sour Cream (150g)1/2 can(s)
- Bananas4 unit(s)
- Whipped cream300 g
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Take a food processor and grind the 400g of Biscoito Maizena until it turns into crumbs.
- Add melted butter and beat some more in the food processor.
- Spread the cookie dough in a removable background shape and adjust so that it is in the shape of a pie, you can use a spoon to help with this.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 min.
- Remove the dough from the oven, let it cool down and put it in the freezer.
- In a bowl, put the dulce de leche and the cream and mix well.
- Pour the dulce de leche and cream mixture on top of the dough and place banana slices on top.
- To finish, beat the whipped cream and pour it on top of the pie and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
